The primary feature that differentiates the Monster from typical testing applications is the ability to have the complete process fully assembled on an all-in-one skid unit. Typical testing is done with a series of trailer mounted equipment that has to be piped together on location. This feature makes the unit safer due to the fact that there is minimal integral piping between high pressure equipment. Also, use of both high and low pressure vessels allows the measurement of flash gas and separate fluids to be done more efficiently and accurately. Utilizing the Monster decreases the amount of time required to rig up.
• Easy to rig up/down and easy to operate. Using satellite data collection technology and Coastal flows live “Bird Dog” S.C.A.D.A. system online accessible portal, customers may log-in and view up-to-date and accurate well data to ensure they stay on top of what is happening on the job site.
• All-in-one package which includes a line heater with high pressure coils both up and down stream of the choke, and a sand separator with independent dump line to tanks. The Inlet Manifold is rated at 15,000 psi and is equipped with valves that allow the direction of flow to individual pieces of equipment to be adjusted.
• High pressure 3ph test separator with internal sand baffle and a sand boot to separate propant and solids.
• From the high pressure vessel the gas can go to flair or to a sales pipeline. The liquids are dumped to the 3ph separator which separates and measures the oil, water and flash gas. From here the fluids are dumped to a liquid header which allows the direction of flow to be changed as applications are different for every job. The gas is measured and can be diverted to the tanks, or flare. The unit is equipped with a fuel gas scrubber to keep good dry fuel gas for all the controls and burners. All of the process is monitored in a control room mounted on the neck of the trailer. The trailer is equipped with a pollution pan to prevent any kind of oil spill.
